This has been debunked--it's not Nostradamus, and one way to tell is
that it is relatively clear. Most Nostradamus predictions require a good
deal of "interpretation". There's also a lack of citation as to where in
Nostradamus' writings it appears--this is, I understand, often a sign of
a phonied-up prediction. See
