[pf] curriculum suggestions

Hello all:

I'm developing a curriculum for a course entitled 'Peace and
Sustainability' for the Peace Studies department at the University of
Missouri-Columbia.

Does anyone have suggestions for materials, books, websites, etc. that
would fit under this broad topic. The basic premise of the course is
that scarcity of resources and waste of resources is tied historically
to war, and to the future of war, or hopefully, peace. With increasing
scarcity of vital resources, what can we expect?, and what can we do?
