It is true, community can help us through many rough times, as can a
relationship of exchange of goods and services between communities. We have
a stronger base from which to trade, though, if our local communities are
strong - local food system, local transportation, local health, and a tight
community, etc. I agree with you, Priscilla.
Not to worry, though, as even though you have moved a lot, you have learned
much about community building and about being a part of one, roots or no.
