Coast is alarming?  You haven't seen anything, yet.  Consider what the free
market's going to do under control of huge corporations seeking to maximize
their return on investment when potable water supplies become inadequate.
The executive summary states:  The scientific evidence that humans are
changing the climate is increasingly compelling.  Complex impacts affecting
every sector of society, including, especially, the nation’s water
resources, now seem unavoidable.
