This is my point: we have to find a way to get past our narrow definitions of 
who fits in. I think most on this list do that -- I have been a silent 
observer of a Greens list that does not.  I'm about ready to unsub.

We who have been defined as "liberal" or "left" or "progressive" (or 
whatever) see ourselves as being tolerant. This is a blind spot that many 
have.  May we see ourselves whole and open ourselves to those who don't do 
everything  like we do or think exactly like we do.

Of course, I am using the global "we" here.
