I'm a fanatic that would like to see all ingredients listed out completely;
sources, including seed company, distributor company, wholesalers;
processes including irradiation, etc. I should know if terminator seeds
were used, or if Monsanto was involved in any way as I would willingly pay
much additional money for food that avoided use of any products from that
scourge of a corporation. I like the labelling that shows fat and sugar
content by type. But alot of money is put into the lab analysis of things
like calories, percents of minimum daily requirements, etc., that I do not
see as super necessary, though are nice to have. What would be really cool
would be to have all the companies involved with the process along the way
be listed and the amount of money paid for that quantity of product
provided on each. To see that a farmer was paid $.0001 and the wholesaler
$.10 for the product would be an eye-opener whose time has come.

Basically, yes.

Yes.
