I'm a fanatic that would like to see all ingredients listed out completely; 
sources, including seed company, distributor company, wholesalers; 
processes including irradiation, etc.  I should know if terminator seeds 
were used, or if Monsanto was involved in any way as I would willingly pay 
much additional money for food that avoided use of any products from that 
scourge of a corporation.  I like the labelling that shows fat and sugar 
content by type.  But alot of money is put into the lab analysis of things 
like calories, percents of minimum daily requirements, etc., that I do not 
see as super necessary, though are nice to have.  What would be really cool 
would be to have all the companies involved with the process along the way 
be listed and the amount of money paid for that quantity of product 
provided on each.  To see that a farmer was paid $.0001 and the wholesaler 
$.10 for the product would be an eye-opener whose time has come.
