Fine post, David.  I agree we took the wrong track by sanctifying greed 
generations ago.  

David asks us to speak up.  Ok.  Today I helped Wendee with her presentation on 
smart growth.   

My question is "What language works?"  Ray says the audience falls into 3 
different worldviews and half of America,  the traditionalists and cultural 
creatives, aren't so very materialistic
