I can share my talk, if you like, it's about 12 pages, and the bibliography. My
topic, in case you didn't guess, was the environment--there were five other
"teachers" who taught on the other topics, and I don't have their information. I
covered climate change, Persistent Organic Pollutants, some WTO rulings that
knocked down national environmental protection laws, and the water situation
relating to IMF/WB policies, water pollution and scarcity, and privatization
with
a focus on what happened in Bolivia last winter. I do have a bibliography and a
"web-liography" of sites from which I gathered information.
I also have some overheads I used to spice up my talk, which include a quote
from
the IPCC on climate change, a list of the Persistent Organic Pollutants that are
the subject of current international talks, a Dilbert cartoon about tuna nets to
illustrate that GATT/WTO ruling, and a flow chart I drew to illustrate the role
of American buying (demand) in the social and ecological ills of many places.
These are all in Word 2000 for the PC. Perhaps I'll see if I can upload them to
my web site and people could get them from there.

I could probably add a few resources to my list that do not relate directly to
the environment but are more general about globalization. I'll see if I can get
those up on my site, too. (url below--give me a day or two to get them up
there!)

It is pretty damnable, but amazing how often the group does more or less agree
on
at least the top 3 or 4 items on any given list.
