    I have printed the McKibbon article out, and have read it.  I can see
that we need to do much work on this, and yet I am worn out.  The list of
changes that need to be made, all quickly, well as quickly as possible, is
endless, and if only the most vital are acted upon, it is still incredibly
overwhelming.

    The events in Kyoto are one of the major things, of many, that are being
ignored because of the stuff going on with this endless election here.

    I feel small and inadequate at this point.  But still, I will act upon
the information yousent.  Thank you for keeping it before us.
